Bends & Brews will be hosted and taught by Susan Devore, who currently also teaches over at SukhaLife just a few blocks down the road. Susan has been studying yoga for over 5 years but just recently got into teaching over a year ago. She was lucky enough to be able to go to Nada Yoga School in Rishikesh, India to get certified. We are looking forward to starting a new healthy trend into what should be an amazing spring season!
